The room had a nice decor, the bathroom was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable, and we loved the breakfast here.

The hotel offers compact, nicely decorated rooms with ugliest decoration and water from the rain, for instance. The location of the property in Montauk is very pretty, very close to the beach that passes by most of the inns such as surf buses, the shops, and the pool/ resturant. Again, the hotel is 1 mile from Lake Montauk.
